Since its beginnings, we have been committed to offering Venetian cuisine that respects tradition, authenticity and quality. Mori Venice Bar is a member of the renowned Unioni Ristoranti Buon Ricordo association, the guarantee of authentic and quality Italian cuisine. We source our supplies in particular from small family producers in Italy, favoring short circuits, in order to preserve the origin and seasonality of our products.
Mori Venice Bar is committed to being sustainable and meeting current challenges through several actions: responsible sourcing, reducing waste and plastic, and reducing our carbon footprint. In addition, Mori Venice Bar is proud to be a member of Ethic Ocean, demonstrating our involvement in the preservation of marine resources.
