A beautiful story often begins with an intention. During our stay at the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Montligeon to recommend a restaurant, we took the opportunity to visit our producers from the Perche region, located just a stone's throw away!
Tom and his farm in the Perche
In his vegetable gardens stretching as far as the eye can see, Tom cultivates with passion according to the principles of agroecology. Here, there are no chemical inputs, just respect for the land and the rhythm of the seasons.
Their vegetables arrive directly in our kitchens: a beautiful diversity of seasonal vegetables, arriving by direct delivery, which allows us to offer you vegetables picked at their peak, with all their flavor intact.
Guillaume, the purveyor of tastes
Just a few kilometers away, Guillaume has turned his passion for Perche products into his profession. This local distributor works hand in hand with the region's cheesemakers, farmers, and producers.
It is thanks to him that we have access to the best red meats, pasture-raised veal, and poultry and lambs that grow up outdoors. Extensive production where animal welfare and quality are the only rules.
The art of the land
This getaway to the Perche region reminds us why we choose our partners with such care. Behind every product, there are men and women who perpetuate authentic skills, respecting their environment.
From Tom's vegetable garden to Guillaume's stalls, a whole chain of trust is being established, so that the true flavors of the land can be found on your plates.
